Our European Partner Factory
Our European factory partner has been established for 60 years and is based in Portugal. It now covers more than 20,000 sq m (200,000 sq ft) and employs 200 skilled craftspeople with a reputation as one of the best custom furniture factories in Europe
Our Asian Partner Factory
Our Asia factory partner has just celebrated it’s 30th anniversary and now covers more than 100,000 sq m (1,000,000 sq ft) and employs 1000 skilled craftspeople with a reputation as the finest luxury hospitality furniture factory in China.
We welcome visits to our factory partners at any stage during a project from Ownership, Brands, Interior Design and Purchasing teams – this is especially welcome for a PPS (pre-production sample) review.

A large inventory is kept of the highest quality board materials, lumber and veneer.
From Europe we are able to offer fully certified FSC production. We work with FSC certified timber in all our locations.

Primary machining of the components takes place with state-of-the-art machinery and CNC equipment in addition to more traditional methods and set-ups. There’s many a good tune played on an old fiddle.

Where necessary components are sent to one of the in-house specialist studios for crafts such as carving and marquetry. Skilled handwork such as carving is a particular speciality in our Europe, Asia and Africa partners.

Finishing is done to the highest standards with positive pressure clean finishing lines and 3-way extraction.
Finishing is also occasionally done next to a sand pit. There are some finishes that just cannot be achieved in a hermetically sealed room….

We have extensive upholstery, specialist metal work and stone capabilities in all our locations
Production awaiting shipment in our European, Asian and Packing in our Egyptian warehouse. All our warehouses are climate controlled.
After we have taken all this care with the production of the furniture including numerous QC checks, we like to make sure that everything arrives in the right condition. We have Service Technicians based in the UK, USA and Egypt who cover our projects globally.
